New UniGR-CBS Working Paper: The resilience of cross-border cooperation in the German-Polish borderland within a European perspective

The Covid-19 pandemic and the related border restrictions have had numerous social, economic, and political consequences for border regions. The impact in the German-Polish border region is analysed in this UniGR-CBS Working Paper.

In this paper, Elżbieta Opiłowska shows how the communication about the pandemic as well as the reactions and (new) strategies of the cross-border institutional actors have been developed in the context of border closures.

This UniGR-CBS Working Paper summarizes the results of a research visit to the UniGR-Center for Border Studies at the University of Luxembourg.
